Como apicultores y productores de miel, nosotros sabemos la importancia de cuidar bien a las abejas y proveerles de todo lo que necesitan. Tenemos grandes campos que les permiten estar libres sin ser interrumpidas o atacadas, cuando no es temporada de flores, también tienen campos de árboles frutales para seguir llevando alimento a sus colmenas y proveer a su reina de lo que necesita. No usamos pesticidas o caminos rápidos para la producción de miel; tampoco usamos equipos electrónicos y no pasamos la miel por procesos que afecten su consistencia. No recolectamos más del 40% de la miel que producen las abejas porque sabemos que es de ellas, y solo retiramos los excedentes como sucedería en la naturaleza.

Estamos certificados por la FDA y estamos en camino de certificarnos como empresa orgánica y kosher, porque también estamos comprometidos con la humanidad de ofrecer miel que verdaderamente les provea de todas sus bondades. La miel tiene grandes beneficios a la salud de nuestro cuerpo, pero si es 100% natural; por ello, nuestra miel sale de la colmena, se envasa y etiqueta para llevar a tu mesa.
